• Most our services start with a short written brief at Servirigia and are answered in plain English during Tue–Fri 11:00–19:00. Plain English intake — no generator jargon on the ticket Desk near Landstraße 141.
• Written care notes follow every custom clothing handoff here and we keep Austria holiday closures noted on the door card. City regulars know the door note is current.
